Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. Generally credit refunds are processed within 5-7 days but may take up to 30 days for the credit to show up on your account depending on your financial institution. We will maintain details of all the orders you have placed with us. You may look up these details anytime by logging on to "my account" where you can view your current and past order information.
When you see the product you would like to order, click on the "buy" button and we'll place the product in your virtual shopping cart. You can view the products in your shopping cart anytime while shopping on our site by clicking on "view cart". You can also change the order quantities or remove a product altogether at anytime by clicking on the "remove" button next to the corresponding item you wish to delete..
When you have finished shopping, click on the "proceed to checkout" button on the shopping cart page.
ou will then be given the option of logging in as a "returning customer" or a "new customer". If you are a returning customer then enter your e-mail address and password to log in. If it’s the first time you are purchasing from HealthAidAmerica.com then click on "create new account". Here you will need to fill in your e-mail address, password, billing and shipping details. Be sure to fill in all the fields with the *(asterisk) next to it. After you have filled in the form then click on "continue".
You will now be taken to the "checkout confirmation" page where you can make sure all your order details are accurate before proceeding. You also have the option of changing your billing or shipping address by clicking on "modify account details". After you are satisfied that your order details are correct then click on the "process order" button.
You will finally be taken to the next page, where you will be asked to enter your credit card information. Then please click on complete order which will complete your shopping process. We'll send you an email containing the complete order information, as well as an order number to use if you wish to contact us.
If any of the products that you have ordered are out of stock, you can still place the order and we will ship your backordered product(s) as soon as we receive them at our warehouse. If needed we will ship your order in multiple shipments, you will not be charged for the multiple shipment. We will send you an e-mail as soon as your products are despatched from our warehouse.
